Prizes
All entry fees collected, less expenses, will be placed into the prize pool.
Prizes of no less than $50 will be awarded for each of the three prize divisions. "Best in Show," "Highest Point Total," and "Highest Composite Average."
Sample Prizes: For a prize pool of $400: $100 Award for Best in Show, $50 award for Second in Show, $25 Award for Third in show, $100 award for Highest Point Total, $100 award for Highest Composite Average and the remainder applied to randomly assigned "door prizes."
Sample Prizes: For a prize pool of $1000: $250 Award for Best in Show, $100 award for Second in Show, $50 Award for Third in show, $250 award for Highest Point Total, $250 award for Highest Composite Average and the remainder applied to randomly assigned "door prizes."
Contestants may win no more than one top tier prize.

Hitchcock Award for Artistic Intent Awarded to an image which excells in artistic expression reguardless of technical merit. Contestant will receive a one-on-one training session with either Zacque Hitchcock or Michael Chamberlain depending on his or her geographic location. The recipient is selected at the discression of Zacque Hitchcock.
Chamberlain Next Step Award Awarded to the image that best represents an amature photographer who shows signs of taking steps toward proficiency. Contestant will receive a one-on-one online training session with Michael Chamberlain. The recipient is selected at the discression of Michael Chamberlain.
*Prizes will be given in the form of Visa gift cards rather than literal cash. Amount of awards will depend on total number of entrants.
